Estee Lauder's Spring 2011 Wild Violet Makeup Collection

Estee Lauder presents their Spring 2011 Wild Violet Makeup Collection! It brings up a gorgeous collection of lip products in shades of blazing red, fuchsia violet, fresh coral and brilliant pink, eyeshadows in muted neutrals and deep plum, nail polish in smokey charcoal with a new fragrance.

Estee Lauder is is a US manufacturer and marketer of skin care, cosmetics, perfume and hair care products. The company has its headquarters in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. The company began in 1946 when Joseph Lauder and his wife Estee Lauder began producing cosmetics in New York City. At first, they only had four products: Super-Rich All Purpose Creme, Creme Pack, Cleansing Oil and Skin Lotion. Two years later they established their first department store account with Saks Fifth Avenue in New York.

 

2011 CFDA Awards

One of the fashion industry’s most glittering nights of the year. Here are some of the celebs and models seen above from this big event.were held in New York last night, with Proenza Schouler’s Jack McCullough and Lazaro Hernandes scooping the top accolade Womenswear Designer Of The Year.
Hot favourite Alexander Wang won Accessories Designer Of The Year, with Michael Bastian collecting the Menswear Award. Speaking on the night, CFDA president Diane von Furstenberg said: “These Awards not only honour the best talents in fashion, the evening is also a testament to the influence of the CFDA and its efforts to help the industry.”.  The gorgeous model, Chanel Iman seen in the beautiful long tourquise gown and everyone else looking gorgeous as well. What a great night.

Although Panelope Cruz represents an older woman, she fits into my blog, because both, the setting of the shoot, and the clothing is feminine.
